Here’s my experience so far ordering an LTT screwdriver and the precision screwdriver with case on May 2nd 2025 to Houston Texas (Not a global order). Order has not been received as of May 22nd 2025.

May 2, 2055

·         Order placed.

·         Received an email that the label was created.

May 8, 2025

·         Emailed support because the status still said order placed label created.

·         Email from AI stating the delivery timeframe was still within 2-9 days.

May 9-13, 2025

·         Several more emails to support with AI responses that my email will be forwarded to the support team for further support.

May 15, 2025

·         Opened a ticket with LTTStore Help Center

May 19, 2025

·         Received an email from Olivia A asking me to contact the final courier directly. (USPS has not even received the package to deliver it yet.)  And then she closed the ticket.

·         I replied to the ticket to reopen it showing that the delivery still showed order placed on the LTT website.

·         Received another email from Olivia A apologizing and stating the order was picked up by Wizmo and that they are investigating the delay in the transfer to USPS. She also gave me a link to reach out to Wizmo to get a status update.

May 21, 2025

·         Requested a status update from Wizmo with the link provided.

May 22, 2025

·         Still crickets from LTT and Wizmo.

·         Return requested.

Linus does his mystery shops and criticizes companies that take 9 days to deliver a package, or customer service takes more than a few minutes to answer a phone. I’m on day 18 after placing my order to Houston, Texas and with the tracking number I received, the order has never moved an inch. May 11th was day 9 of the 2-9 day shipping estimate. It took 10 days to get a reply back from a human that asked me to fix it myself and closed the ticket.

If the customer support response times were better and it appeared like they were doing something to help, I don’t think the extended shipping time would bother me much.

Well as you already can see the progess. The order is placed. It's just the courier issues at the moment and possibly out of their hands at the moment.

Bear in mind, it can anything happen like accident with courier or courier company isn't accepting the order or entirely else.

The support knows about the issue and is in progress solving it.

It's just the issue is bigger than expected.

I'm jank tinkerer if it works then it works.

Regardless of compatibility 🐧🖖

Honesty the argument that Linus criticizes shipping time, while his merch has bad shipping doesn't really make sense. There has to be differentiation between the content on LTT reviewing products and their own products. Yeah his shipping is bad, but he is a media company, that sells merch and not a manufacturer, like Dell.

To be fair, your comparing Dell, which is a $78 billion company to Creator Warehouse (not even all of LMG).

I am saying that they can't be compared. Linus is a tech reviewer. Critizing a company focused on selling products, while his side business isn't meeting those standards, isn't hypocrisy. If he was a system integrater, then the argument made sense, but he is just a youtuber, selling merch. There are different standards to judge different industries.

I'm not trying to comapre anything to Dell. I didn't name any companies. I only mentioned the mystery shops because a 10 day response time seems excessive, and closing a ticket while asking the customer to do the legwork is unacceptable for any online store. I've had better customer support from Ebay and Etsy stores. I'm still a fan of the channel and videos, but my experience with the store has been dissatisfying. The estimated delivery time has more than doubled and has no resolution in the near future, and the response from a human (5 days according to the AI emails) is also double the estimation.

I still want the products, but I thought post this might help enlighten future customers and know what to expect.

It has me wondering, if for some reason, I need support, for either of these screwdrivers, what a nightmare it will be. It's not like they are your typical, "Uh oh my $10 screwdriver just broke, I'll run to Home Depot and pick up another".

I’m in the exact same boat. Placed my order for the screwdriver and a couple different bit sets on May 2nd… and nothing. It’s now May 20th, and my tracking still shows a shipping label was created and USPS is awaiting the package from the sender. I live in FL. I asked to speak to a human and was told my package shipped already - it’s like they copied and pasted a generic response. Because when you check the tracking, it only shows a label was created. I can handle the shipping delay, but I’m frustrated with the lack of communication.

Despite what Trump wants, Canada is still not part of the usa, so it is most definitely international.

While true, there's also still shorter shipping time noted in T&C for US. Being 3-9 days vs 14-28 for the rest of the world.

Despite that, it doesn't change the fact that USA is still international. He said that Houston was NOT international. It most certainly IS.

I'm sorry I worded that wrong. The LTT Store has a different shipping time for the US compared to the rest of the world.

Label created not picked up is a classic ploy to game metrics.  It's not the first time this has happened and it likely won't be the last

Hey, i thought i'll post my timeline here too, i got info from support saying they know they have some sort of a problem, but don't have an eta yet. So if there's anyone lurking the forums for the same problem in Europe, you know.

May 10th - Placed order

May 15th - Contacted support

May 26th - Got a reply from support

the order is still unfulfilled

No "shade" whatsoever to LTT or creator warehouse, but as mentioned, wanted to warn other people from EU it might take a while.

My experience, shipping to Spain:

  • April 15th - Placed order
  • April 22th - Shipment on the way email with Wizmo tracking number.
  • May 2nd - Postnl "shipping label created"
  • May 6th to 15th - Arrived in Netherlands, processed trough customs
  • May 18th - Arrived in Spain
  • May 19th - Package arrived home
  • May 21st - Opened it, saw that it came with an extra screwdriver and missing a waterbottle 🤷‍♂️, contacted support although I'm not sure what I'll do.

For being a big package (backpack + other stuff) and getting free shipping, I don't mind the month of waiting. Better communication from Wizmo/Fedex would've been better. If you're in EU and dont get any tracking update on wizmo/fedex, try http://postnl.post/track.
