Hi, can anyone help me decide betwee those, I wonder which is more likely to be cooler/quieter :

  • RTX 5070 TI Palit GamingPro v1 (332mm long / 60mm tall)
  • RTX 5070 TI Zotac SOLID CORE OC (303mm long / 55mm tall and has vapor chamber).

They are both at the same price so I can't decide..

EDIT : I mean both TI

RTX 5070 Ti 16GB (any brand) > RTX 5070 12GB (any brand)

One is TI, one is non TI....
If they are both at the same price then get the Ti obviously.

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post

Sorry my bad I made a typo, they're both TI models. I'm just curious if vapor chamber > bigger heatsink.

Its a 250w card, its not very difficult to cool.

I had a dual fan Palit Gamerock 2080 Super ( 250w card ) that ran cool and whisper quiet even during full load.

There might be a a degree or two difference in terms of temps and slight difference in noise levels between the two cards but I dont think you will notice any difference.

I am looking through KitGuru's review of the Palit GPU and its excellent.

The noise levels and thermals are great.

Noise levels are the most important factor to me and I would be happy with the Palit GamingPro 5070 Ti.

In the silent BIOS it peaks at 62.8c on the core and only 70c on the memory while staying at 34-35db.. This is super quiet.

Yeah sadly reviewers tried the GamingPro but the GamingPro v1 is a cheaper version with the vapor chamber removed... But yeah I guess overall both cards would be quite similar.

Ah fair enough, thanks for putting that to my attention.

As said though, my Palit 2080 Super GameRock with the same power draw had no issues being cool and quiet with only 2 fans and a smaller heatsink with no composite heatpipes or vapor chambers.

I liked my Palit 2080 Super so much that I would have gotten a Palit 4080 if it wasn't for its ugly design.

The 5070 Ti GamingPro looks amazing.

Don't overthink this too much, dont overcomplicate this 🙂

Both cards are great and you will be happy with either.

I do understand that its a tough decision, you definitely want the best you can get for the money.  I researched A LOT before I ended up with my MSI Gaming X TRIO 4080.
