Hello there yall!
I am in the process of upgrading and renewing my personal computer and Ive come to some conclusions. I upgraded my cpu from a 3 3100 to a 5 5600, Ive put in 2 ssds with a total ammount of 1.5 tb of storage, where I only have 1 m.2 slot and use an adapter for the other one, Ive got a 750 watt be quiet power 9 psu, I plan to upgrade my rx 580 to an rx 7700 xt and finally I want to upgrade my motherboard from my asus tuf gaming a520m plus wifi to a new one, though I dont know which motherboard is best. I need more m.2 slots, it has to be micro-atx, have multiple pcie slots and something which will give me the best bang for my buck. I plan to spend about 100 euro. I live in Germany, so local suggestions would be appreciated. If I missed anything I wouldnt mind providing more information.

I've very rarely seen someone sidegrade a fully functional mobo. Mobo swaps are a huge pain, especially in tiny cases, and if you're literally just wanting more storage,  you could just grab a 2 (or even 4 or 8) TB drive.

That being said, to each their own, and Strange has a solid option

5950X/4090FE primary rig  |  1920X/1070Ti Unraid for dockers  |  200TB TrueNAS w/ 1:1 backup

What @OddOod said. Spending money on an older platform for no real performance gain is a bit of a silly move all said and done. If you're going to buy a new motherboard, at least have it be for a current gen platform.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2

Ryzen 7 5800x - XFX RX6600 - Asus STRIX B550i - 32GB DDR4-3200CL14 - Corsair SF750 - Lian Li O11 Mini - EK 360 AIO - Asus PG348Q
