Need monitor recommendation - 4k decent refresh

Greetings chaps,

 

I am on the lookout for a decent size monitor. 32 inch or so with a good refresh rate. I only have a 10gb 3080 but should still do the job. I have a 50 inch 120hz tv but its far too big. I have to kooruai monitors (one 4 and one 2) but both only have a 60hz refresh. I may be upgrading my GPU in any case. 

 

Maybe just a 3090 as I used to love it but sold it (bad decision) and a 4080 which was overkill. Only have a 750w PSU but its never given any issues.  The 4070ti looks a little tempting but don't think  its gonna blow me away

 

Any help on the monitor. Budget roughly $400 but got a bit of wriggle room
