Mouse and keyboard randomly disconnect

Something weird has been happening with my mouse and keyboard, sometimes when I lift my mouse it disconnects, sometimes it randomly disconnects my keyboard and mouse and I end up falling off a map or I get killed because of it, not sure why it’s happening, I’ve tried uninstalling the mouse and keyboard to not much avail, it has calmed down a bit but it still happens.
