Seems like the perfect time for it, it's raining all week in Taiwan. It's been 8 years since the X299 one that started that series.

Not sure what else Linus could add. He’d already expressed his displeasure at Nvidia, both on the Wan Show (several times), and lack of coverage on the 5060 TI. And both Steves have said their bits (the hell was Nvidia thinking, believing they can pull that shit on Burke of all people?).

I think just making a video telling off Nvidia for everything that's come out recently would add enough, it shows a united front against this behaviour by Nvidia.

Only difference is they now openly bribe and threaten ppl instead of the usual "under-the-table" stuff

bribing as in giving people money for making reviews the way they desire? that somehow sounds less bad than their usual threatening to do so 'or else..'

Pretty much so

The 5060 and all its variants didnt get the best start (lack of reviews and ppl being outspoken about how bad they are cause its still just 8 gigs) and nvidia has so little faith in it that they are openly telling ppl

"Hey, want some money? Just say a couple of good things about the 5060 and 5060 Ti 8gb"

Not sure what the purpose of such a video would be. It wouldn't change anything. Its only purpose would be for virtue signalling with everyone else who is mad at NVIDIA to say "Yeah we're mad too! Grrr!" Kind of the opposite of Linus' desire to focus more on the positive recently.
