Redragon K673 UCAL PRO Mechanical Keyboard - Bought with Latin American Spanish Layout (ISO105) but it has ANSI firmware so 2 keys DO NOTHING

Hey, i bought a Redragon K673 UCAL PRO Mechanical Keyboard.

Although the keyboard physically has an ISO105 layout (specifically Latin American Spanish), it seems to have ANSI firmware, which translates into two keys do absolutely nothing: the key that should type the characters "<>" and the key that should do the characters "]}". I did a lot of troubleshooting, using the Redragon software, searched in GitHub, Reddit, various websites, tried SharpKeys and Keyboard Tester, and NOTHING. The keys don't send any signal that can be mapped. I’d be fine just getting a way to fix it, seems Redragon Latin American support isn't so good so I'd like to know if it maybe is possible to flash a Latin American Spanish firmware?? I’m attaching a video showing what happens: https://youtube.com/shorts/5znl06mhP70?feature=share (is in Spanish but I guess you can understand)

Kind of a bummer because I really liked the keyboard being more "budget" but it still was 68USD here in Chile and I know it's not the store fault so I'd prefer just try to fix it, seems i should just have bought with english layout and start using Windows also in English and get used to the keyboard hahaha

Does anyone know anything I could do? Thank you very much, first time posting in the forum, I'm sure gonna be participating here from now on!
