Budget (including currency): 2500 dollars - 130k Liras.

Country: Turkey

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Adobe Premier Pro, Capcut, Cyberpunk 2077

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Hello, I have never consciously bought a pc before. I never knew about pc parts or what they exactly do. I'm looking to buy a pc because I edit youtube videos and play some games like rdr2 or cyberpunk, But my current pc has been having a seizure anytime I mention a game other than League, and editing softwares get slower and slower. I've listed what I found from various youtube videos and lists and reddit posts, but I get scared when I see someone knowledgeable talk about "why buy 360mm for that?" or something I dont understand. The place I will be buying from doesn't have every part, and they will build it for me, so I would love it if you could suggest multiple parts if you find one not to be adequate. Thanks a lot.

The royals are overpriced for what youll need, spending 40% extra on CL28 isnt worth it when you have an X3D cpu and the CAS matter less after a certain point, likewise for the SSD, samsung are expensive, and whie theyre good drives, they usually arent good value for money because of the markup.

With 7000series X3D chips, because of their design they have to be clock speed limited, which means they dont actually run super hot, so an air cooler is more than sufficient

The RAM here is placeholder as it will be stock and area/availability dependant, just buy whatever is the cheapest 6000CL30 you can find

Air cooler

MUCH cheaper case fans $132 is crazy for 3 case fans, the ones i replaced are literally 10x cheaper

Also placeholder for the SSD, fire in suggestions on what availability of SSDs there are but not going above about $55-60 per TB is a good start

Cheaper motherboard too, the tomahawks are great but you can definitely save $40-$50 by taking a small step down without missing any features

And much cheaper version of the 5070Ti, no point in paying 50% more for 2-3% more performance, this may not be available in your area, so just the cheapest version of the 5070Ti you can get our hands on, if yore unsure on it, fire in the cheapest few versions of it you can find and ill look through them and give you my input on whats a good choice

All in about just over $850 saved for no noticeable reduction in performance

Also, to get this price, trying building it yourself, its easier than you think, you wont need to pay the company to build it and you can get cheaper parts as they may not offer a certain part that is on offer somewhere else. If youre worried about building it yourself, everyone on the forum would be more than happy to help and you can fire me a DM if you want some assistance too

I made a few changes. I created a bit more budget friendly one and a performance one. The performance one is about $200 over your budget, but for good reason. Here they are:

Before spending a lot on a new PC, maybe try some maintenance on the old one to prolong its useful life? I'd suggest you watch video's from a number of reliable Youtube channels like LTT, Level1Tech, JayZ2cents and, dare I say it, Gamers Nexus on how and what to maintain in your PC, both hardware and software. Other channels include Austin Evans, Der8auer and Paul's Hardware. At least LTT, but possibly more of those channels also have build guides on what to look out for picking parts and how to put it together.

Furthermore, a simple upgrade wouldn't cost as much, saving you money for the next real big upgrade. See what's available for your current platform (CPU, RAM) and graphics (GPU).
