Car Owner Sues Tesla in Small Claims Court (USA)

On last weeks WAN Linus talked about the issues of actually holding companies to account (arbitration, small claims, lawsuits, class action, etc)

 

Adam Davenport, a Tesla owner in New York State, took Tesla to small claims court over delaminating steering wheel material and won!

 

great video. He goes tells a great story about the whole process.
