I think this is something innocent and I just don't remember.

 

I went to check the apps that have access to my Google account. this one I don't understand I googled it multiple times. RFD "reflected file download" Is referenced as an attacked vector for malware, but I dont think its malware, it says RFD Prod Internal like it's some app or something?

It's likely from signing into RedFlagDeals using your Google account.

Oh yes that's it! Thanks I did use that site before.

When I was searching it I kept finding stuff about this RFD malware reflected file download. Just happen to have the same initials lol
