Screen goes black when playing games

so this don't always happen but sometimes when im playing games my screen goes black and my gpu fans stops when it happens so i think its something with my gpu i don't know like i would be playing a game and i have music on and out of nowhere booth of my screens go black and my gpu fans stop but my music is still going when this happens my gpu temp around 60~65

Full system specs please.  Be as specific as possible.

is there anything in event viewer? do you have access to a different gpu you can test? what are your temps when it black screens?

Average temps tells absolutely nothing, check hotspot temps when loaded:

ok i dont have access to a different gpu and do you know what i should be looking for in event viewer im not the best at pc but i do know somethings but i dont know what i should be looking for in viewer and its just happen so it was at 66C and i dont have the best of the best but its a amd radeon rx 580 2848sp and intel i7 4790
