What are the best Thermalright CPU heatsink coolers right now?

Looking specifically for AM5 platform.

I would always get the D15 from Noctura, but at $100 less for the same performance kinda crazy to keep going with Noctura.

I am guessing there are third-party fans that you could swap the Thermalright fans for even better cooling and dba...

The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE and Thermalright Phantom Spirit EVO are really good.

The fans on the coolers are plenty fine 🙂

What CPU are you going to cool?

I wouldn't, because those 3rd party fans could behave differently with the heatsink and the sound profile could be different, but just a speculation.

Just get Phantom Spirit (120) (SE), it's updated Peerless Assassin and has lower dBA at most fan speeds.

Thanks, I used a Peerless Assassin in the past and was looking to use it again.  Phantom Spirit 120 looks good.

Is there someplace that lists the differences between their products?  I see that some have 6 heat pipes and other 7 heat pipes.

It's practically almost same cooler, except different fan maybe, 1 more heatpipe and maybe the fin structure could be slightly different.

When I am not running my Thermalright AIO, I prefer my EVO with 2x T30s to cool my 9900X. I would skip the PA120 and just look at either the Evo, or the Royal Pretor.

AMD R9 9900X | Thermalright FW PRO, 3x TL-H12-X28, 3x TL-P12

Asus Strix X670E-F | 32GB Lexar Ares @ 6400 30-36-36-68 1.55v

Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC | WD SN850, SN850X, 3x SN770, 6TB

Asus PA602, 2x 200x38, 1x 140x28 | Seasonic Vertex GX-1000
