What FPS measuring software is this

Used to use this on my old PC, but cannot remember the name or program. I find its better than smt like MSI afterburner because it's fairly low profile. Anyone got any ideas?

That must be Nvidia's old overlay. RTSS is fairly low profile as well I don't think you should worry about that. I use special-K most of the times and sometimes RTSS. Either way you shouldn't worry about it I think.

You can customize RTSS to make it however you want it to look like.

Looks like Nvidia's. Used to be part of GFE now in the App. I think default keybind to toggle it on/off is CTRL-R but I remapped mine as that conflicted with a game. Can also customise how much it shows.

It's the worst overlay ever, barely functional, can kill your fan curves entirely, it's called Nvidia Performance Overlay or something and comes with the similarly useless "Nvidia App". Hope this helps!

The latency stuff never works for me, or jumps between "0" and "17" constantly, very useful! xD

Operator error? Works fine for me. From your previous posts you do have some interesting ideas on hardware and software so I don't think you are the best representative use case.
