It says:

Install driver version 460.89:
This driver supports the VK_KHR_ray_query extension at the software level. game shortcut properties
"C:\Games\IndianaJones\IndianaJones.exe" +r_raytracing 0 +r_renderAPI 1 +r_forceMinimalVulkanFeatures 1

Go to the folder where the game settings files are stored.
r_raytracing 1 Change the value to:
r_raytracing 0

or
To emulate Vulkan extensions, you can use tools like the LunarG Vulkan SDK
