If you want something that can actually run Roblox and Minecraft quite well then I would recommend something like this.

Paying 109 dollars for a windows licence is just insanity, get it elsewhere.

I would pick the 12400f over the 12100f though. Its only about 20 bucks more expensive but quite a bit faster.

But over budget.

Get more than an i3. I would recommend either an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, an Intel Core i7-12700KF 3.6 GHz 12-Core Processor, or an Intel Core i5-12400F 2.5 GHz 6-Core Processor. The processor is something I would spend a bit more on. Also, get a low-end GPU at least. There are some pretty cheap Intel ones, and also, if you can find a good reseller on JAWA or eBay, get a used Nvidia. If you get a GPU, you would be fine with an i3.

Do you see that the listed budget is 500 bucks or less?

Build me a 9600x system for that money, I would be impressed.

Thats not a 9600x at all.

Btw, The ryzen 5600 comes with a stock cooler so no need for that PA SE120.

Paying 90 bucks for a Asus GT1030 is basically getting scammed. Dont ever do that.
