Very Low Sound Issue Only on Disney+ - Andor

I finished watching the 12 episode Season 2 of Andor on Disney+  The problem is that sound is way too low even with both Windows and Disney+ app cranked up to 100%.  Large parts of episodes are inaudible such that I had to use the subtitles to follow along.  This does not happen with any other app or video conferencing (which I do a lot of).  I use modest impedance Sennheiser earbuds and if I switch to a cheap very low impedance ear bud, the sound is louder but the quality is pretty bad as one might expect.  I've reinstalled the Realtek audio driver but that doesn't make any difference.  I suspect the problem is on Disney's side but wonder if there is anything that I can do on my end.  'Daredevil Reborn' which I have watched does not have the same issues.  

 

I doubt that there is anything I can do on my end but wonder if others who have watched Andor had the same problem.

I have noticed everyone whispers in Andor, and the mix is such that the score and the background audio can make the voices tough to hear. Not just you.
