Games keep crashing for no apparent reason...

Hi guys,

 

I've been running into some issues lately and I have no idea what's going on. Basically every game I play (BO6,FC25,GTA,...) crashes in like 10 minutes.  Attached some screenshots of the errors I'm getting.
Not actually overclocking my stuff, using Nvidia app to do "Automatic tuning" but even when I turn it off I have the same issues. I've tried to ddu my drivers, disable XMP but again, no results.

 

Running an Intel i7 13700kf, RTX 4070 with 32GB of ram. 

Anyone here who might have a clue?

When benchmarking the CPU it still seems to be working well...

One of the most prevalent issues with degraded 13th/14th generation CPU-s manifests as losing the GPU or reporting not enough VRAM.

I've been doing some more testing, after turning V-sync ON the games don't seem to crash anymore (so far). I don't know what conclusion to draw from this tbh...

V-sync decreases the load. You'd probably get the same by limiting the framerate, v-sync adds additional input delay.
