My pc randomly stopped working today, when I boot sometimes the windows logo shows up super low quality, then I get a black screen with just a mouse cursor. When I move my mouse it shows the loading icon where my mouse is. I reset my cmos and it brings me to the recovery part of windows and I can’t do a fresh install because I don’t have enough space what do I do?

Have you tried safe mode? If safe mode works there are a few things you can try. Other than that, do you have access to another computer? Go make a live Windows USB and see what happens. See if it works properly with live usb

You could try to troubleshoot this but speaking from experience, these sorts of stuff usually resolve much faster and easier with a fresh install of windows. Get your live USB, extract what data you need from your C drive and do the fresh install. You probably have some sort of storage device that could hold your data while you do a fresh install? If not maybe you can ask for help from someone who has a spare storage device?

If you did not plan for this earlier by separating your Windows partition and your storage device is super small, you could try reseting the windows with the "Keep my files" option. But definitely don't do this as your first resort as it still could remove some of your files.
