Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus Wifi enough for a 7800X3D in terms of power delivery on its VRAM? Since 7800X3D aint a power hungry boi compared to a 9800X3D

No reason it won't work. It's officially supported on the CPU support list and at least has some heatsink over the majority of the VRMs. These chips don't pull crazy amounts of power and unless you're going deep in to overclocking and tweaking things there, you won't notice much difference from motherboard to motherboard as long as it's a supported configuration.
