my pc is frezzing and black screening

i will be playing a game (atm mainly strinova and wuwa) and my pc will freeze with no audio (caps lock dose not work), regain aduio and my mic will work when it black black screens (cpas lock works), then either my audio and mic will still work or it will cut out again. i know its not my gpu because i used it with a 12700 on a b660m and i did not have this problem untell i switched to a 9600x on a MSI PRO B650-P WiFi ProSeries. i ordered a new motherboard thinking that was the problem but my freind who had some weird pc problems in the past told me it might be a cpu problem and told me to either ask on a form or take my pc in to somewhere (and we all know thats not happening). so im woundering if anyone here knows what the problem might be. if it ends up being cpu i can start a return before the end of the month and the motherboard wont come either untell the 17th or i will just cancel it. so yet again dose anyone know what could be causing this.

 

update - it apears my gpu is being disabled in windows i have contacted my gpu manufactuer in the case yeston about the issue. if anyone knows what could be causing this problem let me know and the new motherboard did not fix it

update#2 - first off yeston got back to me so hopfully this gets resolved. second off it seems to have something to do with me streaming to my freinds on discord because yesterday i only did that for a few minutes at a time to show them something then stoped. this is all i know so far as new information.

and does the computer have ram in it and did you perhaps want to share what ram it is

The cpu temps are fine a bit hotter then what I was seeing on my 12700 at the same power draw but that could just be cooler Mount. The ram is team group tforce running at 6000mhz and cl 30. GPU temps are a bit high but around 71c with a fan curve on my intake and exhaust but I uninstalled icue to get rid of a variable. In the game I've been playing the most when it happens the temps are 60 or under on the GPU and 60 on the cpu rn

try it with only one stick installed and see if it stays stable , try each stick alone in the machine
