Budget (including currency): 1400 eur

Country: SI

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming

Other details completely from scratch, aiming at 1080p at 60 fps, to last as long as possible (for a casual gamer who doesn't want to upgrade too often)

CPU: AMD R7 7700 at 209 eur

Cooler: BeQuiet Pure Rock Pro 3 54 eur

Mobo: ASRock B850 PRO-A 172 eur

RAM: G SKILL Flare X5 32GB 5600 CL30 113 eur

GPU: RTX 5060 ti Palit Infinity 3 8GB 446 eur

PSU: GIGABYTE AORUS P750 111 eur

Case: Phanteks XT View 99 eur

This together is 1210 eur leaving me decent change for storage.

Thoughts? I'm open for ideas. Mostly not sure about mobo as I haven't build on AM5 yet. Also 5060ti? Idk anything beyond that is mad expensive atm.

Any advice is welcome.

Look for a ATX 3.0 / 3.1 psu due to the adapter for these RTX 40XX / 50XX cards and you want DDR5-6000 CL30. Do you have a link to the site you will be purchasing from?

if you get the 5060 ti get the 16gb version not the 8gb. 8gbs of vram is starting to be on the lower end for 1080p.

A B650 board would do fine, the B850 series is just a refresh of the B650E.

I would recommend going with DDR5 6000 CL30 or CL32, just to help the CPU out a little.

You don't need a 55€ cooler for that CPU. A 30€ cooler would do. Something like the LC Power LC-CC-120; single tower, 120mm fan, multiple heatpipes.

If you don't plan to upgrade that often, avoid 8GB VRAM for 1080p, there already are games that reach above that.

10GB, 12GB or 16 GB.

A system like that would work fine with a 500W PSU. 600 to 650W is plenty.
