I heard that pc mode avoids subsampling. If I set the rgb output to the TV on the nvidia control panel, do I still need to select pc mode?

2. Why does reddit recommend using cru to delete the 4096x2160 resolution of LG TV? Isn’t the native resolution of LG 4K TV 4096?

3. What are turned off in the boost option of the input delay of the LG TV to improve the input delay?

1. I would still set PC mode on the TV. It turns off almost all of the image modifications that TVs like to do and puts the highest trusts in the source device.

2. No, the native resolution is UHD 3840x2160

You're confusing 16:9 aspect ratio 4K (3840x2160) with DCI 4K (4096 × 2160).

Most displays are widescreen 16:9.

Hi, How can a oled tv turns .mkv into color pixel on the screen? There is some article said the tcon board inside tv can turn digital rgb value into current voltage analog singal. Is that tue? so what kind of video dac does digital tv usually use? thank you
