Help with buying keyboard replacement

I have recently purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15ARH7 laptop and it is working great so far. However, it has an AZERTY keyboard, so I want to replace it. After looking into replacements, I found that there are keyboard replacements with White backlit, Blue Backlit or RGB backlit QWERTY keyboards. My current AZERTY is white backlit. What I want to ask if it possible to replace my current AZERTY white backlit keyboard with an RGB QWERTY or a Blue QWERTY keyboard. From what I have found from sellers (ex. https://www.ebay.com/itm/166678372921), the Blue backlit should be compatible with my laptop, but the RGB one should NOT be compatible. Can someone confirm this?
