Corsair HX1200 for an MSI 5090 Ventus OC? Is it a good choice?

Hi, I missed out on all the 5090 cable issue discussion. I have an HX1200 for 2 years and I'm going to switch my card with an MSI 5090 Ventus.

 

My question isn't about the wattage, I'm just wondering if my PSU is safe to use with the 5090. I will use the adapter that comes with the 12VHPWR.  Should I be changing my PSU to stay safe? Or can I just use it? The ATX12V version for this PSU is 2.4, Platinum.
