PC won't boot into bios, and no indicator light

I'm helping my friend build a pc, and they're running a I9 14900k on an Asus Tuf Gaming Z790-Pro Wifi with some sort of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 Ram. They got a 32gb x 2 ram kit, but at the moment I only have one of the two sticks of ram in the A2 slot of the motherboard. The only things in the motherboard are the cpu, and ram. This is being powered by the Corsair RM1000e. Does anyone know why it won't boot into bios? The indicator lights aren't on either. Whenever I turn the psu on, some of the rgb on the motherboard turns on, but nothing else. I've tried cleaning the cpu, but not the cpu socket.

You are trying it with a cooler attached, right?

did you check memory on the QVL for that board?

No, I'm not trying it with a cooler. We did just fix it, the issue was we didn't connect the pins for the power button. But thank you so much for your help!
