I need one on one help with NAS/PLEX/Immich

I am trying to see if anyone would be willing to help me try to figure out what happend with my NAS. I think it is a router issue because my PC can still access the NAS, but I lost all of my Plex and Immich connection. It was working and then both of them just stopped and I can't figure out why. I am new to the NAS world, and I am not sure where to find resources to help diagnose what is going on.

What OS is the NAS running? Are those services running?

It is running HexOS, and they were running last I checked, but I can't access them from my pc, and what I can have access to doesn't seem to help.

How are you trying to access them?

Have you tried restarting the services if so?

Just by clicking the settings on the HexOS app section. I was able to do it before, but now it comes up with an error, I'm guessing it is a router setting problem maybe.
