GPU Not detected in top slot

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read my issue.

 

Setup:

ASUS Prime B350-Plus

Zotac 2080 Super

Corsair RM750X

Ryzen 5 5600G

32gb HyperX DDR4 (4x8)

 

The problem I have is that my GPU is not detect in the top PCIe Slot.  It work fine in the bottom one.  It has been like this for a long time.  I swap my son GPU (RX6800) in for some testing and it worked in the top slot.  I tried My 2080 in the top slot again, and nothing, it is not detected.  Is there a seting that I am missing.
