That's what AI is for, duuh... Just ask Chat GPT "What is 100+10*20" or Scrapyard Wars instead of searching that up, SO much more personal. Don't forget to say "Thank you!" at the end of it to waste even electricity for the firm that has to process the text.

Not happening. Nice thought though. You can always do your own Scrapyard Wars, it's probably one of the most fun ways to build a system.

All of my PCs have been done in a similar fashion.

id have to assume my pc or rather testbench is built in a similar fashion given its mostly old parts (few of which being revived boards that i didnt bother reselling) cobbled together

 

and just a tidbit of advice as you are about the same age as me as when i started pcs back in 2019 (how the hell was 2019 6 years ago ) PLEASE double check your parts selection on forums like this one

 

my dumbass managed to buy a basic ass lga 775 system for over 100$ thats with a garbage board that cant overclock for shit, worst of all paid 30$ for an explosion hazard psu where buying local would have gotten me a much better unit not to mention outright better specs so yeah thats why you ask a forum or something for a second opinion and no AI wont work for this as its quite stupid for specific questions like this

i mean you should be able to cobble something half decent together even with a low budget and especially so in developed countries so you probs dont have to wait that long just that if you dont have experience with buying used it might be abit of a challenge to tell whats good and whats bad (as in not getting ripped off or scammed) and psus specifically are quite annoying but ive figured out how to filter the garbage from the workable/half decent ones (make sure 12v rail is no more than 100w below adv rating, ex 600w rated but 45a 12v rail for 540w is fine but closer the better quality) which does save a decent chunk of cash

As said, Austin Evans is tech-tuber and best know for doing budget builds. They did collaboration video while he was visiting BC for SYW 

 

 

So not a fan, by far. Other guests have been Jay from JayzTwoCents and Kyle from BitWit (while in LA) and Bod and Rod from BS Mods. Both of these also made way of the last series style of having teams since that synergy was something majority liked.

 

I assume why you want to do this with LMG is either or both of two reasons: 1) You are a fan and would like fan interaction, 2) you want free PC. Both of them were a thing when ROG Rig Reboots were done. But not really otherwise. Not planned way anyway. They do pop-up events locally to have some fan interactions and giveaways. But determining whether you would be the one to gain honor over million others, there is a reason why ROG Rig Reboot got canned.

 

Now, there's ways LMG could bring the concept back. They have done roasts or reactions of people's setups. Both ghetto and battlestations. So that could be way. But I don't see any such giveaway happening soon as those are wells of toxic energy.

I'm a fan, and don't really care about the free PC. The real reason is because it's fun and I get to meet Linus.
