Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: It will be used for gaming and content creation (making gaming YouTube videos).

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I don’t need any peripherals.

This will be great for 1440p and higher. Knowing Latvian pricing, adding some 10%+ to the German PCPP as reference cause everything just has to be more expensive in Latvia despite being poorer than Germany, will come to you 1500eur budget.

 

I'm not convinced you need a content creation focused machine, otherwise you would have had specific already in the first post. 6 cores will be just fine for any normal rendering:

Yes but thats not "the best" as you said, a 5090 is, which is about 3000 euros, hence why the guys are asking for a budget...and well, any sort of plan at all
