I wouldn't trust it, its used and a "generic" brand.

EVGA isn't generic. But I agree about the not trusting it. Some random shipper that is a new account = red flag.

If you have to ask, it's likely a scam... 3rd party seller? Check. Incorrect brand? Check. Zero reviews? Check. Too good to be true price? Check.

you can probably find 5070 new at msrp now, cards are beginning to be in stock.

probably not and besides you can get it cheaper used anyways or go for the slightly more expensive 3080ti or 6900xt/6950xt

The title says E V G A not EVGA.   TBH I wouldn't even pay $400 for a 3080.
