I'll start this thread by answering the most common troubleshooting:

- Yes Cable work. Tested and replaced.

- Yes monitor works. Tested on different PC.

- Yes GPU works. Regular monitor works just fine.

- Yes Drivers and system are updated.

Here is the issue.

My pc has a Elgato 4k60 PCI-E Capture card.

That card's output goes to my Ugreen HDMI Switcher.

That Switcher outputs to my main monitor.

My secondary Monitor is connected directly to the GPU.

I've been using this setup for 6 years with no issue.

recently i wanted to upgrade my monitor, simply replacing it with a new one.

It's the BENQ RL2755-B

My older monitor is the LG 24GN600-B

When i'm using the LG everything works perfect. When i unplug the LG and replace it with the BENQ i get a "No Signal Detected" message. The PC still operates with 2 screens, but i have no video on BENQ Monitor.

The Monitor configs only allow me to select the Input ports and nothing else. When i plug the BENQ on my Laptop, video works flawless.

Is there anything i can do to fix this issue?

Neither

The upgraded monitor connects to the output of the elgato capture card (passthrough)

the HDMI switch c onnects to the input of the elgato capture card

that way when im using the  pc  it's 2 monitor config, but when i turn on a console or change the channel on the HDMI switch, it just changes the screen seamlessly. that's how i've been doing it until now with no issues.
