PC HDMI output only works on TV eARC port but not on any other HDMI input ports

Hi, So I have ASUS Zenbook S16 with AMD 9HX & Radeon 890M laptop and I am trying to connect via HDMI to my LG C2 OLED TV which has 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. When I connect the HDMI to Port 1,3,4 - TV says no signal but my laptop detects the TV yet there is no signal on TV or Video output.

It only worked when I connect HDMI to port 2 which is eARC which is a bummer cuz it's being used with my Sony receiver for sound system hence can't really use it.

 

I have tested the HDMI cable & ports with my other Lenovo & MAcbook Pro laptops, it works seamlessly.
I have reset, installed new graphics drivers, done with reset bios to optimized defaults. Been frustrated for days and contacted ASUS for support yet still no resolution, I wonder if anyone could help.
