Budget (including currency): maxed 9000$ cad

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fps gaming like apex and cyberpunk 2077, I also wanna try editing some of my fps clips. maybe one day i would like to stream

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): if possible i would like to get an oled monitor 1440p, i would like 4TB nvme, for the pc case i want it to smaller but still have room for the water pump and a 5090 and dust filter. I also want to know what tools should i get. platinum or better power supply. I really like the hard tubing is water cooled in pc. And some Youtube videos would be much help to study for this project

First build and you want to run tubing? Brutal. How about an AIO ... that's water cooling without the headaches.
