? for my SSD Speeds from primary Drive

I have a Gen 3 NVMe drive as my main ( C:/ ) Drive, and I am wondering if I need to upgrade to Gen 4 or 5 SSD to access my secondary storage near their speeds that is under RAID, reaching 13Gbps-ish

Do you have any data, that you are moving between the drives? As that’s the only bottleneck there is with this setup.  And very little work would benefit with anything higher than 2000 MBps sequential. so what is it for? 
do your mobo have pcie 4.0 / 5.0 M.2 slots?

Yes it's a 14700k and a livemixer z790 for some reason I thought a bottle next when the OS drive is requesting something from ( E:/ ) drive or if I have a game if I'm getting latency issues

If you have any latency issue, the first i would suspect is the raid itself, or power plan for the Ssd.

 

For the use case you describe the OS drive sequential shouldn't matter, even i have pcie 3.0 OS drive ( it’s oprane but still )
