Need Help Configuring my First PC, High End (~3500€)

Country: Austria

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming and some 3d stuff like Blender too. Games are both big AAA titles as well as smaller indie games.

Other details: This PC has to be built from the ground up as it's my first one. I would also like to purchase a second screen (2560x1440, 165Hz) so if you know some good ones, pls tell me. The systems needs to run Windows.

I already put some thought into what I would like to have. I would need your advice on if there are any problems with the configuration or things I have to look out for when building. I'm completely new to pc building so improvements are very appreciated.

for your ram a speed of 6000 and a cl of 30 or 32 is the sweet spot for Ryzen cpus.

Since gaming is the principal usage consider using a 9800X3D.

Instead of an AIO consider an air tower cooler like the AK620 Digital, https://at.pcpartpicker.com/product/697scf/deepcool-ak620-digital-6899-cfm-cpu-cooler-r-ak620-bkadmn-g. Not sold in the US but is available in Austria.

DDR5-6000 CL30 (AMD EXPO certified) RAM so that you don't have issues getting your rated timings. ATX 3.1 psu, case with better airflow that's easier to build with, especially if using an AIO.
