You should download the most Recent Windows 11 ISO image to be current. Your 2 year old installer is already obsolete. And there is no reason to buy one, as the ISO image is available for free.  Your activation product key is saved in the Bios.

Also, make sure the SSD/HDD you are installing to is in good health.

Remove the drive and attach it to a working computer using a USB Adapter.

On that computer download DiskGenius and or Crystal Disk Info in my signature.

View the SMART Info, if it is anything less than Good, it needs to be replaced. If the drive is good, put it back in the troubled computer.

On the working computer, download Rufus.  Put the Flash Drive you bought or a blank one that is 8GB or more in capacity.

In Rufus, Under Boot Selection, take the drop down menu next to SELECT, choose Download. Click Download.

Choose Windows 11, if the troubled computer meets the hardware requirements for Windows 11. Click Continue.

After it finishes downloading from the Rufus server. in Rufus click the Start button. Rufus will now burn that ISO image to the USB Flash drive.

When that finishes, pull the flash drive out of that computer and put it into the troubled computer.

Start the troubled computer with the drive and the flash drive in it.

As soon as you see the MSI splash screen Logo, start pressing F12.

You should see a one time boot menu. Select your flash drive, it should boot from the Windows Installer.

In the installer, choose your Language, the Install Now, than Custom Install.

In Where do you want to install Windows?

Delete all partitions on the disk, until the drive is totally Unallocated Space.  then click the Next  button.

Windows will create partitions and format them during the install.

If you want to use a Local account instead of a Microsoft account, then do not log onto your wireless network or use and Ethernet cable.

When it asks to connect, put in bogus email and it will then give you the Link saying  no internet and then it will ask you to type your Local User Name and Password. Once past that, you can connect to the internet to install updates during the install.

This is the same procedure for installing Windows 10.

Please click the "Thumbs Up" on any volunteer's post to thank them if they helped .(lower left, just to the right of My Computer )
