UPS suggestions needed cause the one I have or rather HAD kicked the bucket

My 5-6 yo UPS finally kicked the bucket and was graceful enough to not kill anything

I am due for a build update either way so a new one was in order as well as the 225ish to 250ish Watts werent gonna cut it

I am not THAT familiar with this aspect of the PC world so any and all suggestions are welcome

Some extra info that might help are that I am in the EU specifically Greece, I am looking at around a 200 euros max (streching to 250 if need be but ideally not) for a budget and the new build is gonna draw up to 500w rounded up with a 750w PSU

If you disagree with anything I've said tell my why with logic not feeling

If you wanna correct smb do so with logic not anecdotes and feelings

What do you see? There's wattage specs and VA specs.

It's somewhat rating for wattage of PSU, and the duration of how much it can support when power goes off. I think that's the VA value.

Also depending on PC parts, I'd really consider the max load of the build. 750W PSU outputs 750W for the PC, but can draw more than 750W because of efficiency.

At 500W though probably 750W enough I suppose.

current PC:

Ryzen 5 5600 |16GB DDR4 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti [further details on my profile]

PC configs I used before:

  1. Pentium G4500 | 4GB/8GB DDR4 2133Mhz | H110 | GTX 1050
  2. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz / OC:4Ghz | 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz / 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1050
  3. Ryzen 3 1200 3,5Ghz | 16GB 3200Mhz | B450 | GTX 1080 ti

Most of the ones I peep are 1200VA to 1500VA at around 900w like these for example

I don't remember who was telling me exactly how USPs work, but they might show up if they see this post.

kicked the bucket in what way? it's not just the battery, right?

anyways, 900W should be plenty, just make sure it's at least got a 24 volt battery, the ones with a 12 volt battery will absolutely murder it in a handful of power cuts.

I see

The APC one I listed seems to have a 24V battery according to its product page so I suppose it should be fine

If you have any other specific reccomendations btw pls by all means share them if you can
