Monitor broken?

Hi! 
Does anyone knows what is wrong with my monitor? It was doing fine yesterday and now it has a big yellow blob in it or the whole screen is white. 

Just curious about what it can be and if I can fix it.

Your lcd just died in a spectacular way! yeah this is super done for and be careful with it because this is often power related so I recommend turning it of and disposing of it. Replacing the power supply wont fix this as this is basically "burnt"
