Screen tearing, Performance issue, When switching tabs part of the tab will apear overlay over new tab.

 Windows 11 64-bit

(Cpu)   Intel Core i7 14700F / Raptor Lake 10nm Technology

(RAM) DDR5 16gb T-force 2593MHz (40-40-40-76) Old / DDR5 32gb FLARE x5 G.Skill 2394Hz (40-40-40-76) installed ( I tried with both)

(GPU) 4060ti pny (Old) / 16368MB ATI AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT (installed)

(MotherBoard) ASRock B760M-C (BIO'S) 5.06

(Psu) CORSAIR RM750x Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX Power Supply – ATX 3.1 Compliant – PCIe 5.1 Support – Cybenetics Gold Efficiency – Native 12V-2x6 Connector – Black

Im dealing with Screen tearing, when i click on differnt tabs anything from a bit to most of the page is overlayed by the previous tab onto the new tab. Performance issues like minor stutters.

I have cleaned my pc, dusted it. I have Resetted it Both Via Wifi and USB.
