What is the best CPU cooler for my AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D?

In terms of performance or do you care about value too?

A Peerless Assassin SE120 or Phantom Spirit 120 would easily cool the 7800XD3 and they are not too expensive.

I cool my own overclocked 9800X3D with a AK620 at a constant 30% fan speed.

Both I guess but if it costs a bit more and gives me what I need it's not a problem. Of course it's aimed more towards gaming, I have very little knowledge about building PC's. I have searched the names you gave me and it seems like they are separate fans, how many do I need or how do I know?

Gotcha!  So they are two separate coolers.  So you just need one of them, not both 🙂   I just gave you two options.

They are very good for the price and will easily cool your 7800X3D.

For Aircoolers I second @Hinjima -san about TR PA120/PS120

If you want an AIO I'd say get an Arctic LF3, 360mm if it fits

Also what case you have would be nice to know, alternatively you could also get specific cooler for aesthetics.

Wow I did not expect so many people to reply, I guess I am looking for around the 1,500 range but if it does go higher that's also fine.

I don't know much, but I am flexible in terms of budget.

My aim is to build a gaming PC that can handle stress yet it does not overheat nor lag and slow down on me.

Furthermore, I want it to handle some video editing from time to time, I don't do it often. And of course if there are areas where I can save a few bucks that would be good.

If you were to have this budget and the same needs, what parts would you place?

And if you guys would be so kind to include a photo of the build/parts, using "PC Part Picker", that would be helpful or any other tool to your liking.

I appreciate the help, thanks!

I do not have any parts yet, I want to start a build. I was thinking if I know the parts first I can choose the case last or create my own.

If you use pcparpticker, you can actually link the list for others to see, unless it's saved, the actual building "edit" part you can share, it's [pcpartpicker com/numbers and letters code]

Also, I have noticed many of you have said "AIO", I honestly do not know what it is.

All in one cooler, which is Radiator+pump+tubes all in closed loop. There's water inside that gets pumped through tubes, pump and the radiator.
