New NVME causing sleeping waking up problems.

Hey! So recently I installed an NVME drive into my pc and since my PC has been struggling to wake up after it goes to sleep. The monitors back light turns on and the keyboard and mouse light up, but nothing ever is displayed.
Also, Weirdly enough my bother got the same ssd I did and is having the same problems I am having, so it isn't just my system. 
My Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z390-P
CPU: Core i5-9600K
GPU: 3060 Ti
NVME: 2 tb Samsung 980 Pro 
Any and all trouble shooting steps would be wonderful!

Enter the BIOS and check the following:

• PCIe ASPM (Active State Power Management): Set to "Disabled" for the M.2 slot your NVMe SSD is in. This can prevent the SSD from entering a low-power state that it can’t recover from.
• C-States: Try disabling C-States or setting them to a less aggressive mode (e.g., C3 instead of C6/C7).
• ErP Ready: Enable this to ensure proper power management for peripherals during sleep.

Sorry for the nearly month late response. I have tried what you said and it has lead to some success but my pc still is having trouble waking up most of the time. are there any other steps you'd recommend? I will also note that when it does wake up the lights on my keyboard stop working and I do not get a log in page, it just takes me straight to desktop.
