Thunderbolt is an Intel trademark, so there are very few boards that give the money to Intel to license it. That said, the thunderbolt spec was given to the USB forum and became USB 4. There are some slight differences, but usually they're interchangeable with the added benefit that you don't need to pay Intel to use USB 4.

 

The entire point of X870 is that USB 4 is included, so however many X870(E) boards there are is how many support "Thunderbolt"
