I have a 4090 founders edition, Asus B650- A motherboard, A ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32GB DDR5 corsair vengeance 6000 ram, corsair RMX 1000 watt psu. When I updated my Graphics card my screen went black, I tried rolling driver back and didn't fix my issue, it will load to the login screen then a few seconds later my screen goes black but pc stays on, fans spins and all lights working. I RMA my card with nvidia Twice now and eventually bought a 5080 and installed it and the problem still occurs. I used DDU to delete drivers, fresh install  and still didnt work. I have replaced Ram, power supply, motherboard and tried different gpus, If I use my 7900xt it works perfectly. I have tried new drivers, old drivers. I have reset cmos and bios, updated bios, and fresh install of windows. Im Not sure where to go from here, took it to best buy and they couldn’t figure it out.

I know it sounds odd but try drivers around version number 550... I have 555.97 on my laptop with a 4070 and it works perfectly fine. (it's a custom Asus driver, but still based on Nvidia "555" drivers obviously)

Welcome to the forums!
As the old joke goes:
"Doctor! It hurts when I [do action]"
"Well then, don't do that"
Recent NV drivers have been a MESS. MK has the right idea: use an older driver
EDIT: ....which you have already done.
I assume you are using same cable and display and port on display for the three different GPUs, right?
Maybe it's mobo chipset drivers? Have you tried a clean install or at least a Linux LiveUSB?

I have tried DP 1.4. Tested on 3 different cables and 3 HDMI 2.1 cables, no luck. There is an Update released Recently for Asus mobo that Im going to try but When reading the bios update information the version I have Supports 4090 and 50 series cards. I have tried several older drivers as well and no luck. It just weird that the 7900xt works with no problems.

I went all the way back to 560.33 to present trying drivers and no luck

I have this problem as well. 4090, games work fine, but working in DaVinci Resolve just blacks out the screen and crashes the software. I'm getting the nvlddmkm error logs in Windows log, do you get these as well? Check your log if you have these errors right after you get the black screen stuff.
