Unable to access Gigabyte MZ01-CE0 webui & no display output?

Hello! i have recently invested in a server system and am very excited about it. though i have realized that i'm a bit over my head as i have no experience with server hardware. 
to the point, i have all parts together and was finally able to realize and log into the webui on the BMC port and i was happily setting up the system settings. i inadvertently set the manual IP settings to use VLAN 0, shortly after settings were applied i was unable to access the webui. i am not able to set my home network to a VLAN 0. the device still shows up with the gbtipmitool when scanning my network, but the webui is still inaccessible. i have tried to reset the cmos with no luck, and resetting the Bios with jumpers as well and using cli commands to reset bios and set to default settings for the BMC, with no luck. normally i am assuming id be able to change this setting in the graphical bios when connected to a monitor? i have not been able to get an image from the device from the start and am not sure if there is something else i need to be doing. (I'm unable to tell the firmware version as I've never gotten the display-out to work and i can't get any info from the device with the gbtipmitool, all attempts fail)

NEMIX RAM 64GB (1X64GB) DDR4 2666MHZ (x 3 sticks)

Storage: WD_Blue SN580 M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 4.0 x4 (will be used for boot drive, i do have LSI 9300 MegaRAID SAS 9361-8i (LSI00416) PCI-Express 3.0 x8 that i will be using with 5 Seagate Exos 7E8 ST4000NM004A 4TB SAS in RAID, but controller and drives are not connected for troubleshooting)

PSU: Seasonic GX-750 80+ Gold

AMD EPYC 7601 (stock speeds)

 

i will be contacting gigabyte when i can but am unable to atm.
