Its completely safe for the Ryzen 7600x to be at this temparatures.

The CPU doesn't actually care if its at 60c or 89c, it will perform exactly the same and give you the same performance.

I will still link the two videos that explains this further.

In these videos they are testing the 7950X but the 7600x behaves the same, its just abit easier to keep under 95c as its has lower power draw.

Timed this video, he will talk about the temperature and boosting.

JayzTwoCents will explain further.

If you don't want to watch the videos then the TLDR is:聽 Basically anything under 95c is bonus temperatures, this is good.

CPU can happily hit 95c from time to time, this is 100%聽 safe during heavy loads.

I have a Ryzen 5 7600x and an Asus Tuf Gaming B650 motherboard. My cooler is aDeepcool Gammax 400 Prosingle tower air cooler.
I live in india where temparatures reach 45 degree celcius.
I use my PC mostly for gaming and some productivity.
Should i go for an 240 mm AIO. If yes, what are some budget options i can consider?

What temperatures are you seeing on your CPU now? Are you thermal throttling under load?

If you're trying to keep your room cooler, a new air cooler or AIO will not help that because your PC will generate the same amount of heat regardless.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Just get a good air cooler, it'll do you the same or outperform a 240mm AIO and it'll cost less

If you disagree with anything I've said tell my why with logic not feeling

If you wanna correct smb do so with logic not anecdotes and feelings

my temps are 60 degrees idle, but it does not thermally throttle.

The Ryzen 7000 series do run quite hot compared to many other CPU's.

They have a setpoint at 95c and are actually designed to reach that temperature.

Anything below 95c is safe for this CPU so if you are not reaching that during your gaming and productivity work, you are fine 馃檪

My own 7700x and 9800X3D will reach the same temperature.

Hitting 95c from time to time is also perfectly fine for this CPU.

Its warm indeed but they are designed this way.

I can link 2 videos that explains this further for the Ryzen 7000/9000 if you want.
