The Fractal Design North XL comes with 3 x 140 mm fans.

Do you mean a 4 TB WD SN850X?

Build looks fine.

Storage I mean, but also on what should look after at the Mainboard? And where are the fans ? One at the back and the rest? How big are they?

The motherboard you select is good.

The North XL comes with three front mounted 140mm fans. One can, of course move them around if desired.

Thank you. I have also read that it supports up to 360 mm on the top and I'm asking myself if this is meant for example for a 360 mm water cooling or is this extra for 3 X 120 mm more fans?

You can also mount it in the front of the case although most people mount it at the top of the case.

Radiators always use fan mount positions. Fans are attached to a radiator to move air through it. So a radiator doesn't remove any fans.
