I’d also like too say the gpu rgb is on so the card is getting power

Not necessarily. Some cards will power the RGB off of the PCIe slot, so while it can light up and turn the fans on, the actual GPU core doesn't have any power. Double check the GPU power connector is fully seated both on the GPU and on the PSU. Assuming it is, do a BIOS update as IIRC there were some BIOS revisions that had issues with the 50 series initially. If none of that fixes it, it's likely you got a DOA card and need to contact Inno3D or wherever you bought it from to get a replacement.

New build I just assembled

Motherboard: b650 WiFi plus

CPU: 9800x3d

Gpu: Inno3D GeForce RTX 5090 X3 OC 32Gb

Psu: Corsair RM1200x Shift ATX 3.0 80 Plus Gold Power Supply

Everything boots fine when using the integrated graphics, but when I plug in the display port in too the gpu nothing appears on the monitor, so I double checked connections re sat the gpu etc (I’d also like too say the gpu rgb is on so the card is getting power) I tried too install the driver's in case that was a issue and it says something along the lines of “no Nividia gpu installed” so my pc doesn’t even know it has a gpu plugged in to it lol, I changed too pcie 4.0 and then 3.0 because reddit suggested it but since my gpu just doesn’t even show nothing seems too work. Can someone please help me it was very expensive and now super sad.
