Hello all!

Finally got around to upgrading my first build, but coming up on an issue with it. Here are the specs for the original build and the updated parts

Original: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/luke.ario/saved/V8Vc4D

Upgrade: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/luke.ario/saved/sMqMwP

All the parts came in today, so I got started on installing everything. ##I'll recount everything I did just incase I made a large mistake, but I'll put quotes around incase you want to skip this.
"First things first I shut down the computer, let it sit for a second, switched off the PSU and unplugged the power cable to it. Then I unplugged any USB, HDMI, DP connections to pull my rig out from under my desk. Pulled out the RX6650, unhooked some of the CPU fans so I could reach the ram sticks, pulled those out, then started unplugging all connections to the old PSU. As I was unplugging from the old PSU I immediately transfer them over to the new PSU, so that way I could keep some semblance of cable management. The CX750M does have a built in MB and CPU cable, so those two I did grab new cables from the SuperNOVA box for, and I needed a 16pin VGA cable instead of the 8pin that the 6650 took, so I changed that cable out too, but otherwise all other cables remained the same.
After this, installed the new sticks of ram in the same slots I took the old ones out of, then sat the 7700 in, and reconnected all cables to the PSU. Everything looked good, got overconfident so I plugged all the USB and display cables in, as well as put the panels back on. Turned on the PC... No display. Took a look at the MOBO to see the VGA LED was solid white. Remembered this had to deal with no display detected, so I started switching around the DP port I was using (Only 1 HDMI port so obviously no change there besides using both and using only DP). Still no dice so I decided let me make sure I didn't screw up the seating and somehow break my motherboard, so reinstalled the 6650 and everything popped right back up, display is working again."
That about does it for the installation recap, besides switching around which VGA port on the PSU I was using for the 7700 (used VGA1 and VGA4, neither worked). Currently the new PSU and RAM is installed with the 6650 reinstalled and 7700 off in its packaging.

** TLDR: Installed all the new Hardware, booted up to no display with White VGA LED lit. Reinstalled the 6650 and things work fine with it, 7700 presents no output. **

Just trying to figure out if there is a step I missed or if I did something wrong, or if I ended up just buying a GPU that the rest of the build does no support? Any help here would be appreciated, and I will work on Troubleshooting ideas from everyone so I can update this thread asap.

Hope you are having/have a wonderful day.

Update: Also tried: installing the driver recommended from AMD's website and running DDU to clear out old drivers; No luck
Using 2 VGA 8 pin cords for the card instead of just one cord including the daisy-chain; nah.

I'm lost 😞

Pcpsrtpocker is not working for me.  can you list specs?

Being compatible isn't an issue, gpus work in all boards basically.

I'm curious if popping the 7700 in... The bios reverted back to onboard.

Did you try vga cable into motherboard?

And I had no idea VGA into Motherboard was an option. I'll look for the port and try that.
