7800 XT in my opinion.

Here is a 16 game average at 1440p.

The 7800 XT wins by a littlebit over the 5060 Ti.

If you like DLSS and want to take advantage of better RayTracing, the 5060 Ti is better.

DLSS is still ahead of FSR4 (which isn't available in much).  I would look at FPS 1 up sampling rating lower on Nvidia. For instance, 4k quality FSR4 vs 4k balanced DLSS4.

5060 Ti 8GB or 5060 Ti 16GB?

If the former, there's no contest, I guess unless you're an obsessive esports gamer.

If the latter, that's trickier. 7800 XT is faster in raster, but the 5060 Ti has better upscaling and significantly higher efficiency.
