Motherboard Codes..Cant get past BIOS

Good afternoon everyone. I just finished my second build and it will not let me update bios, it continues to show two codes (primarily) off and on, and I haven't even been able to install windows.

This build is a MSI MAG x870 Tomahawk Wifi motherboard, DDR5 Vengeance Ram (2x32GB) and a Rysen 9 9900x cpu with a 5070ti GPU. Sometimes the Red CPU light and amber Ram light will be lit up. Sometimes it wont. The codes showing is either 00(normal) EC(manual says reserved for future AMI error codes) or 0d(Reserved for future AMI SEC error codes)

  I have spent 5 hours trying my best to resolve this by going down different rabbit holes, but I can't. And next taking this in somewhere I don't know what to do..

Ram is in the proper slots(2&4) and the CPU pins, from what I can see, have no damage.

if the bios needs to be updated to have the cpu work with it then that's your current problem. How are you trying to update the bios?

I have tried updating it via a USB drive. Properly formatted and with the file on it in the BIOS USB dedicated spot.

The current BIOS is from Dec 2024 but every time I go to flash it it does the above image

update: after a few more trials I was able to get it to update the bios: new issue: SCSI detect error code A6 is popping up now while trying to install windows.
